Min req's for WinXP/2k: ICS only?

Any idea what the minimum hardware would be needed for running WinXP or 2000 for use only as an Internet Connection Sharer?

min hardware;
* motherboard, where the rj-45 10/100 lan is integrated
* PSU, at least 230W
* CPU, at least 450MHz
* SDRam 128mb (yes, you could manage with 64/96 but ...)
* 1.2GB harddisk
* one IDE cable

optional:
* case
* 10/100 nic if it's not integrated
* 4x CD-Rom if youre not familiar with networks, then you need also keyboard, perhaps mouse too

you can control the computer remotely with remote administrator or similar.
power up the system by sticking screwdriver to the mobo "power on"-connectors. Install OS via Ghost (network).

edit: forgot the cpu cooler, it's crucial, "a must"

Hmmm, I thought it could manage with less than 450MHz for the CPU...

And the Linux router idea would be cool, but the Internet connection is thru a Wi-Fi adapter that is Windows-only.

Are you sure it's Windows only? What kind is it?
