Games paused, auto alt+tab?!

Hello all,
I got some weird weird problem...

First of all, the system is a pentium 2 GHZ with 512 DDR ram, soundblaster 5.1 soundcard, dvd player, cd-rw, networking cards etc just basix stuff, keyboard and mouse are the wireless optical set from Logitech.
Windows XP +SP1 PRO corp edition is installed including lastest updates etc etc. Also Direct X 9a is on it.

Now my problem, when i play games (Deltaforce Black hawk down, cs, maxpayne etc etc) it has the bad habbit of just going back to windows, like an alt+tab command. When i play games on inet (java games etc) the game get paused the whole time.

I re-installed the keyboard drivers, and games, but it doesnt seem to help.

Does any one know what is happening here, and how to fix this?

check your running processes for any applications that my be trying to steal the focus.

Sorry, I'm not english, so i dont understand what you mean with it.

What i forgot to say is that i scanned the whole computer for virusses (norton 2k3 pro edition) and for spy-ware (ad-aware).
