ERRORS there and WARNING there...

I've just been checking the Event Viewer and am curious as to what this problems mean:
1.
Quote:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service StiSvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{A1F4E726-8CF1-11D1-BF92-0060081ED811}
I've have tons of this errors under SYSTEM.

2.
Quote:
Windows couldn't log the RSoP (Resultant Set of Policies) session status. An attempt to connect to WMI failed. No more RSoP logging will be done for this application of policy.
I've have tons of this errors under APPLICATON

3.
Quote:
Windows saved user SPEEDER\Tom registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.
I also have tons of this warnings under APPLICATON

try to look up all error at www.EventID.net and if you're not sure with it, set all service in "Services" to default setting and then "Clear all Events" in the "Event Viewer" on both "Application" and "System" without saving it on files. reboot and see if any better. anyway could you listing all the softwares that run at windows startup?

Went to EVENTID and the F*UCKING thing must be payed for. WTF???
Anyway I guess I'll had to go through the hard thing of enabling all those unnecesary services again to find out what this errors are for.
