I'm looking for a good EASY TO USE!!! windows Optimizer!
Or do you guys even use one? If not whats the best way to keep windows in tip top shape?

some little apps were discussed HERE

Tweak now is not free but u can download a trial version but xsetup is free and very good. You can get it HERE
