Tweak XP does a pretty good job of explaining any changes it will be making ahead of time. Although it may be blasphemous, IMHO XP runs pretty good without too many tweaks. Just make sure you don't disable system restore so if you do screw something up you can undo it. Create restore points before you tweak anything you aren't sure of.

I have had varied results with it. Certainly nothing worth the money they are asking as on my grandparent's computer, which was running rarther doggish, I figured I would give it a go and see how it went. Bad move...after reboot...well I am just lucky that I create registry and restore points before doing anything with tweaking programs. Hosed up the computer totally and had to roll on back.

Ive had really no luck with them, and at times things even got a bit crazy. Ive found that most of the stuff they have you can do yourself with a few reg tweaks, and with shutting down services and all. Plus ..xpantispy has a few things in it that you may wanna achieve and its free.......

X-Setup is all ya really need- My PC loved it. Purrs like a kitten!.

I've been using it since it came out and never had a problem with it. Just make sure to use all of it's features since it can do more than just tweak XP
