XP Service Pack 2: When???

When will Service Pack 2 for Windows XP be released??
Since they've released SP 4 for Windows 2000, shouldn't they release WINXP SP2 when they're already releasing something???

q4 this year probably.

Still has to be thoroughly beta'd. You'll be lucky to get more than one SP per year...

...whats your rush anyway?

well....you're right. I guess I'm a bit of rushed over here hehe. Must be those damn nVidia drivers for my nforce board that's bothering me all the time hmm.

I have downloaded Service Pack 4 now and have just finished installing win2k (with answering file

)
So I guess I'll just has satisfied with that for now HEHE!!

pick up the 1213 SP2 beta it rocks

system flying faster than ever no problems what so ever and a extra 200 3dmarks....

who ever reccomend u not try this

is pulling your chain theres hudereds of fixes

In what way? I haven't opted to get it yet because I haven't really read anything about it.

I would not recommend you install beta software on your main rig, especially since it intergrates itself with Windows -- you risk a hosed OS if you do.
