Settings for Samsung 245BPlus

I'm running the Samsung 245B in digital on XP and nVidia GeForce 9600GT with CPU Type QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 2400 MHz (9 x 267). I'm not a gamer but need good quality and clarity of definition for work purposes, (I research Human Performance, Motion, Mechanics). I like the Samsung but would like to be able to tweak the settings a bit for better definition. If anyone has the same monitor and has tweaked it I would appreciate a post with your color settings. (I'm a newbie to this forum but I'm not new to computers, I can work my way around them OK.)
