Language bar won't go on taskbar

Hey guys was wondering if you could help me with this one annoying problem that i have
ok so...I used this tweaking tool - Geek.Squad.Agent.Tweaks.v3.0.1-NLN
its pretty good, made my windows a little smoother\faster...the thing is - it created problems with the Language bar options:
the language bar disappears when i restart, i cant put it on the taskbar,
every time i try to drag it onto the taskbar - the language bar dissapears
even the option "Language Bar" on the "right click on tasbar -> toolbars -> " menu
is gone...

so i tryed to use this thread on your forums :

didnt help...i dont have any -

and the option "turn off advanced text services" - is un-checked
anyone got an idea how can i fix it?
