Hi all,
I would like to update my nforce drivers as iv had alot of problems with hard drive controllers and more. But I would like to know whats the best way of doing it as i remember doing it a few years back and making a right mess of it.

Is it as simple as installing over the top?

I don't recommend that way to update drivers. Download driver cleaner and install it. Then uninstall nforce drivers from the add/remove programs. Then boot to safe mode and use driver cleaner to clean drivers, there is nforce cleaning option. Then reboot normally and install new drivers.
