Software for manage wallpapers

no, i mean some option like (centrated, put beside)..
a software for personalize the position of images, the greatness in the desktop
i want a software that give more option from this point of view..

hmm maybe using active desktop (feature of windows) & making your own super cool html page with images can do the trick

or some custom shells (instead of explorer) allow for similar tweaks
