XP MCE Live TV screwing up

I have to try power cinema again, but everything else in XP MCE is functioning properly but my Live TV. Usually it does start up, but if i happen to pause or foward or maybe resize or minimize it gets extremely choppy and the CPU usage goes through the roof. it takes maybe 5-10 mins of alt-tabbing, pressing close to get it to stop. it recently started i dont know what could of set it off. i did do numerous updates to windows xp and media center. i also installed the mce rollup update. it seemed to be working fine then.

i installed the brand new t550 pro driver also and no luck. but going through music, videos pictures works no problem
