this is one of the most popular freeware image viewers, it comes with many good features and plugins... IrfanView ( www.irfanview.com/ )

XnView ( www.xnview.com/ ) is also good.

anyway, there are a lot of good image viewers out there that can do what you want, try going to one of a web site that provides free download service such as download.com, and then search for 'image viewer'

oh, i don't know about that.
anyway, you can still use the zoom in/zoom out buttons on the program toolbar, or just use +/- keys?

anyway, what else that you prefer to have on your image viewers, besides you have already told us?
then if i know a program that can do that i'll let you know.

if you use Microsoft Office you can use the Photo Editor,
it can open multiple images and you can zoom each image that displays within the Photo Editor with your mouse wheel.

the selected active window can be zoomed in or out with your mouse wheel.

System Specs

Faststone image viewer is very good. And its freeware.

Been using it since i switched from ACDSee which became real bloatware.
