How to end process used by system

i open task manager and i want to end processes used by the system but wont allow me to

can someone please help me

you can't stop it maybe because the Windows system still using it.
anyway, what is process name?

im trying to delete some things like defender21.exe and netmon.exe but it just comes back

google for more info about the processes, "defender21.exe" and "netmon.exe".

if both processes belongs to the installed softwares, and you want to stop them, you'll probably need to stop them from starting up with Windows. or you'll have to remove the whole program from your Windows system.

System Specs

You might want to try a program called "Process Explorer", which you can get from HERE. It will display info on what exes are running, what dlls are tied to that exe, as well as let you kill, restart, suspend, and google info on those processes/dlls.
