Sound stuttering on Vista 5270

I have two sound cards on my computer:
O/B: VIA AC97 (Driver already included in Vista!)
and the second one is Creative Live!

I have succeded to install the driver for the Live! card and it works but on BOTH of the sound cards the sound stucks when I use the computer! the only way to listen to music normally is to put the song and leave the computer alone

the sound mostly stutters when moving windows

BTW:
I have successfully installed the official 5.13 WinXP driver for my R9800P and works great, it helped a bit and the sound stutters less than with the driver that came with Vista but it's still really annoying! games are probably unplayable at this state.

any ideas?

hehe

i tryed installing this build but i have a big problem so i formated the thing is i couldnt get my Modem drivers to install LOL

was getting errors on the emulation driver or something like that.
and whats weird is this vista has bad drivers support, its like a complete mission for things to work that work perfectly fine on Winxp 32bit OS

the only thing i did like about VISTA is its Looks are out of this world
very impressed with how it looked and how stable it was for a beta build.

infact i think its more stable than xp32 and xp64 put together.

yeah i could have tried that beta on my computer but decided not to kuz i knew i would have trouble with the drivers lol...but thats odd that it only shutters when useing the computer.....
