AGP Reads/Writes in Catalyst Vista Beta Driver?

Greetings everyone

I'm testing the Beta 2 build at the moment and have installed the ATI Catalyst Beta driver. Windows now has the fancy glass effect, however there are "additional" stability issues when running this driver.

I suspect that a big issue is my out of date motherboards wonky AGP bus which is more or less borked, forcing me to have to run my card in XP with AGP reads and writes off which then stabilizes my system in XP. I manage that through SmartGART utility in the Catalyst control panel.

The problem of course is that niether the control panel nor Catalyst Control Center currently work with the Vista beta drivers. I am not certain as to a way to go about disabling AGP reads and writes in Vista with the ATI Catalyst beta driver.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
