how to switch to ultimate 64 bits
im running windows ultimate 32 bits on my pc ,i want to switch to 64bits how do i do it?i`ve already activated it so will it be a problem, the other thing is last night i left the dvd out of the case and my dog chewed it to bits the only thing i got left is my genuine licence key

my guess (just a guess) is that you can get a replacement disc from ms if you ask for one, they might ask you to include the receipt and your key?

theres something like that but they wont get me the 64bits dvd just the 32 bits one

Retail package or not?
i beleive atm, only the OEM 32bit ultimate cd is available, if you got oem, your stuck

All versions are available, they even had them on the shelves at my local PC shop.
If you have the retail version I believe you're entitled the the 64bit one, if it is a OEM then you didn't buy the 64bit version to begin with.
Tell your dog my thoughts are with him when he has to pass that thing...

Judas is correct (windows upgrade), the retail version includes both versions.
