Directx 10 vista and ati

I think il buy a comp after the dust has settled from vistas release, but have nvidia or ati declared that they are working on DX10 cards or is it too early.

I also heard that microsoft have been working closely with ati over vista, as well as xbox, does this mean that they are already ahead on development or that they will supply graphics for vista on release.
