Re: problem with x1950
Did the 1950 work fine in xp/vista/your previous OS?
As far as I know there's (was) no drivers for the X19XX series for Win7, however this does not explain why you are getting this error code. Please make sure you have connected the PCI-E connector, and see if there's any conflicts. If it persists try another slot on your mobo. uninstall the exisiting one first. Trying giving windows update a shot as well.

Re: problem with x1950
I posted some information in your other thread HERE, rynio, on the same issue. Take a look at the link I posted to AMD's KB article HERE on nforce3 chipsets with ATI AGP cards.
The biggest problem you will face is that there are, as far as I'm aware, no nForce3 250 Vista drivers other than those supplied within Vista, so the suggestion by the article to reinstall the chipset drivers isn't possible. You could try updating your bios to see if that helps, and you can get that on THIS page, but I don't think it will. Edit: Something that does come to mind would be to do a Windows Update, but make sure that you have it set to look for other updates, not just Microsoft ones. An update might pop up for it. Edit 2: You might want to give THIS link on AsRocks website a read. There are instructions on getting Nvidia AGP cards to work, but there is also this line here about ATI AGP cards: C. ATi™AGP Card (Windows® XP 64-bit / Vista™ 32-bit / Vista™ 64-bit): Under Windows® Vista™ 32-bit / Vista™ 64-bit OS, this motherboard does not support ATi™ AGP card because NVIDIA® does not provide nForce3 250 relevant driver for Windows® Vista™ OS. * AGP texture acceleration will be disable under Windows XP 64-bit OS.
