Need HELP pronto! washed screen drivers :( windows VISTA

guys please help,when i install microsoft x1600 driver it works allright,nice colors and all of that but i have some flickering issues in games,
but when i install 7.9 ati drivers my colors are washed

white isnt white anymore its GREY,i really pisses me off,please help!

Change the black and white levels option in the bottom bit of the colour section of the CCC
