X1900 Crossfire and Overdrive question

My question is two fold. I will try to use pictures because I am half retarded about computers. Oh I can fix them, use them, but I want to become 1337! lol or at least ubergeek.

I got another x1900 crossfire edition card. A year ago I bought the first x1900 xtx and figured in a year I would go DX10 or just get another crosssfire card and go uber. Everything on my rig is tight, but I am no expert on things like overclocking. It makes me nervous. I got about 4 grand invested in my machine. I am a professinal graphic designer for a living and a die hard PC gamer. (I also own Game Central Network but I am ashamed to ask people there cause they will think I am noob.)

OK question 1.

How can I overclock beyond this? The highest you can go in Overdrive is what I have circled. Can I used ATI Tray tools? Riva Tuner? I am running Vista Ultimate 64 with SP1 (just got that). I have used ATI Tools when I used t use them Omega drivers back in the day. Below is a pic of what I got.

Okay Question #2

I have an Asus A8r-MVP mobo. I have 2 gb of corsair 3200 some shit ram. It's got a heatsink on it. I got a cooler master aquagate mini cooling it. I got a 10,000 rpm WD hd.
I had 2 X-Fi's but they sucked ass and destroyed my machine and since i sold them I am using on board.

Hell here's my device manager.

I even invented a sweet way to uber cool the thing for under $20! Ran my AC to the fan in the side of the machine. Been that way for 4 months with no condensation. I got these stickers in my pc that they put in cell phones that turn color if moisture is detected.

Oh yeah my question!

lol

I have no clue how to overclock my mobo. I tried and tried, for the past year to figure out how the hell you adjust memory timing for ram, multipliers, Auto overclocking, Profile over clocking, so far this is as good I as I can do, and I don't know shit about what I am doing. I was wondering if anyone with my mobo could make suggestions.

If anybody knows how I can squeeze aittle more juice out of my FX-60 and ati x1900's crossfire, I will make it up to you. I am a great designer, maybe I can do a logo for your website or something. I haven't played any games since i installed the crossfire card. It was a bitch. ATI's directions were completely backwards from my Asus manual. ATI had the PCI-E slots reversed, do that took a day to find out after I found my Asus manual. I tried to read up on how to overclock in that manual, but shit, I took 7 years of spanish and I can't even order Taco Bell.

I swear, if anyone can throw me I link to help me out I will give them a key to the game GUN. I already beat it.

I couldn't figure out how to take a screenshot in my bios so I took these with a digital camera. Maybe they will help.

Not sure what the hell I am doing here, I just guessed.

I think my computer is so powerful it could give me luekemia if I really overclocked it. Or at least give me a divorce.

I have 2 cards, so naturally I picked auto instead of "dual cards" because I am dumb. When all else scares me, I just select auto, cross my fingers, and yell at my cat.

The rest of these screens I am not sure exactly what they do, but I have a sneaky suspition my spell checker is broke and the Chinese are doing something dastardly. I would forward these shots to Jack Bauer but there is NO TIME!

Oh yeah and how do I even overclock my memory? I have tried weed, beer, xanax, nothing works.
