it is no. Since there aren't Omegas drivers for Vista in general yet. They are under development. And in vista x64 you might have issues with driver signatures.
Hey man! All you have to do it to press F8 in the system boot up and Select "Disable driver integrity checks" or something like this. So, install RivaTuner 2.06 =D
