3 drivers in a week, certainly can't say nvidia aren't getting them out on a regular basis, by the time you reboot another set is up.

When the numbers change by so little it's usually nothing more than a change to some game profiles default values, or adding a profile for a new game.

Its nice to have updated drivers, but I wonder why the last few releases haven't include release notes.

They are working hard on getting everything working good for the nov 14 release of Crysis. I think It's going to be worth it, looking at the demo.

Yeah the nvidia experience with crysis demo on the ultra was much better than I thought it would be. I thought the game would be unplayable at 1920, but gladly it runs pretty well.
These are good drivers, although I dont think nvidia have put out a bad driver in a long time tbh. They have a really good solid nvidia base set now, and they just add games fixes and some performance increases every other week. nice job.

i cant say im to impressed with the latest betas...
when i jumped from the 163.75s that where working perfect not a problem in the world lol
betas version 169.01 and .02 and .04 have gave me nothing but lockups and dreaded driver not responding ****
i wouldnt touch em with a barge poll if it wasnt for crysis and timeshift lol and even they are locking my system up...
i wouldnt say nvidia are doing a great job infact its far from it. they seem to be going backwards.

its an SLI problem, ive seen that happening on one test system. which is why I dont run SLI anymore. single card mode is brilliant.

i will test your theory out tonight and let you know the outcome, if it is indeed true then thankyou :P
at least then i wont have to change drivers to get the extra crysis performance...

Well i thought it fixed the problem was playing for about 20 minutes then the computer froze lol
and i tryed my best to alt and tab or ctrl + alt + delete to get back to the desktop to identify the problem
i managed to get back but i was in a constant infinate loop
i hard rebooted the system and checked out the evnt viewer
i had over 50 of these Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered. lol
guess that will work for some but not for me hehe

i have read a lot about this particular problem, as you know the offical nvidia forums have a huge thread on this.
I can only tell you from the testing i have done, every single card nvidia based system ive built in the last 6 months (around 10) have not had this issue, but I saw it on one sli system and found out that one of the cards in SLI was overheating and couldnt handle the clocks. I used rivatuner to underclock the cards by 40mhz on the core and the system was stable.
Obviously I do believe you, so dont think I mean to say I don't, but I just wish I could reproduce it. The only game ive had some crashes with is WORLD IN CONFLICT and I think the game (while brilliant) is quite shoddy on a coding level.
