Hi if you have a Clevo D870P notebook with an ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 you may want to download the latest bios update this fixes the video Playback problem that alot of people have been having or if you dont want to download from me contact www.clevo.com.tw and get the update from them this update lets you use all the new video card updates including the one from omegadrivers.net so for all you notebook users that want desktop drivers but could not use them to video playback problems. could somebody tell me how to update my bios?
i have a clevo d870p and i cannot do it!
when i boot it the phlash16 tells me something about my memory and exits!

Are you running it from the command promt? And more importantly, are you running it from the command promt outside windows? (as in, in true DOS mode, and not as shell to dos).

Restart your pc in dos and try running the prog from there. Also, be sure to read the readme file supplied with the flasher. Make sure it's the right one you're using as well.

If it doesen't have one, then go online and try googling for one.
