So...

check multimedia properties if there is kxsynth1 or 2 activated as a MIDI output device.
Check also fruityloops MIDI output device of correct settings.

Cheers.

hallo travelrec.

thanx for your help.

i've checked both and everything seems ok. first it was synth1 in both options and i changed it to synth2, too. but there is nothing to hear. it is only in fruity loops, everything is fine if i play a midifile in cakewalk homestudio!?

verzweifel

gruss aus berlin

Hi!

I understand... But I don´t know all the features in fruity, ´cause I use it only sometimes to play around a little. My favourite program is cubase and so I maybe the wrong one to give tips to you. I only said some things that I´ve registered in my fruity long time ago. Maybe one guy knows more or have the same problem. Which mixer do you mean, kx? Does the fruity MIDI-plugin putting the data correct into the MIDI-out device (try UART1 and put an external synth on it)? Tell me more...

Cheers!

hi travelrec.

i've found my mistake. it is important to use the portnumbers in fl. if you mark the used synth only, there is no sound. i found this tipp with google and now evrything works fine.

thanx for your help.
