Portable PC case?
Does any one know of a good portible pc case? I am using a standerd ATX mobo (so it needs to be able to support that) and I am planing on intigrating a 17' LCD into the side of the case.
I really like the look of the Mac G5 (or maby it was G4, the one with the handles on top and bottom) and I am looking for a case with some sort of handles.
Basicly I am building a lan party case that I am going to intigrate lcd, speakers and the such into it so I have to carry less.

Far to "fancy" for my taste. I need somthing thats simplistic. I do not need the massproduced MODDer look

I get what you mean, but why don't you just use a "standard" case then and mount your own handle? There is plenty of suitable handles at any hardware store..

Most standerd cases are to cheaply made. Once you get up into the higher end cases most of them are ridiculess looking.

i managed to buy a no-name brand case for AUD$60 with a built in handle, i'll see if i can find a photo of it… plastic top/front panel, but the handle's quite large and solid, with steel for the rest of the case.

Perhaps this would suit your tastes?
http://www.antec.com/us/productDetai...?ProdID=15001#
It is real light at around 10 lbs. The window view thing could be used for where your monitor would go, but it might need some adjustments because according to the dimensions the case is only 17.1" deep so a 17" monitor might be a bit large for the case. Apparently it comes with a carrying strap of some sorts also.
