AMD 4850 release and DriverHeaven (p)review

Most of you will already be aware that AMD's newest card is the 4850. The original NDA date for this was the 25th of June and we heard from AMD that the launch was brought forward to today due to some USA e-tailers selling the hardware early.

You may already have seen that other sites have published small and rather vague "previews" of the hardware today, however as DriverHeaven always strives for maximum quality and we have been instructed by AMD that we are unable to include any detail on the architecture we are aiming for the original launch day of Wednesday the 25th.

This will ensure, as always we will have the most comprehensive and accurate editorial possible for you guys to ascertain whether the hardware is deserving of your hard earned money.

Is it too late to request some Medieval 2: Total War benchmarks in the DH Review? It's one of the only games I have that brings my current GPU to its knees when large battles occur. Plus, I'm getting a little tired of seeing benches from games where the fps is in the hundreds constantly at all resolutions...these cards need a challenge
