IT has to scare you, deserves respect and "RB" knows how to earn it. you don't want to see "it" ever again... it's not big, just powerful, like a ghost with supernatural powers, a little boy... it sounds really loud, and everything starts to shake as it approaches...

R.A.A.W.I (Robot Assisted Alien Weapon Interface)
offense - can use all weapons, alien weapons can be used the best. human weapons are used poorly. due to different weapon interfaces than there own tech.
defense - has obsolete heavy armor making it slow and bulky.
all that can be seen of this creature is heavy carbon based armor with adaptable extremities.

My card shall be named Uriel.
God created Eden, and after the original sin of man, he deemed us not worthy of this land, so he sealed the gates with his own flaming immortal angel. That angel was Uriel, and it bore dual GPU cores and was crowned ruler of the graphics market.

My monster is called the Neversee. It's an invisible ghost that has the ability to transport to different dimensions. It’s offensive attacking style is a heavy icy breath which can freeze anything it comes into contact with. To defend itself, it farts. It may be silent, but its a deadly defense.

a sad creature
A small, almost childlike entity with a massive brain, this bieng -once worshiped as a god on his home planet- was enslaved by the alien invaders during conquests eons ago. They placed his body in a restraining apparatus to control his awesome telekinetic power, and now unleash him upon unsuspecting enemies in the heat of battle. A living A-bomb, all matter is but a plaything to this tormented creature.

Composite caterpillar.
Rears up to spit fire and venom attacks, has a close quarter constriction attack, and when injured, breaks up into beetle like segments which can attack individually by biting or exploding (suicide attack).

Devilflies: A small flie that doesnt do any damage but lays its eggs inside your bloodstream. This causes immense pain blurring your vision. If enough eggs are injected target loses control and goes into a frenzy. Effects wear off over time.

Mecha-feline
A mechanical big cat like creature, that has sharp curved blades for claws, the creature will also have an interchangeable back mounted weapon between a rocked launcher for destroying large groups of inventory, a minigun for the same purpose or a high power lazer/plasma cannon for taking out more armored people and vehicle. These hunt in packs like their living, original counterparts (lions). These will be about 1.5 meters long with the claws being about 30 cm. They are extreamly fast being good at suddenly attcking and tracking its enemy's but is easily cut down by a large amount of gunfire as they are armored lightly to increase their speed meaning they can get in close enough to use their claws before you even notice them. Also their metalic bodies are cover by a cameleon device that changes to blend in with the surrounding environment, making them extremely hard to spot. These have a habit of climbing trees in forest areas then jumping down to supprise their prey.

Ooooh, shiny...
All RPG's need nondescript glowing masses of energy, preferably elemental based. Someone already got a ball of electricity, so, in exactly 50 words:
Columnals: Two pillars of plasma rotating about each other that deal instant death when players come in contact with it. Has its own gravity well that draws players closer to it when in range. And you better beat it quick 'cause if you're too close when you destroy it: Kaboom!
