Zotac is not an established brand In my country (Philippines) since its a newly introduced brand. If I win this card, I could show to my lanparty friends how well Zotac cards perform against the competition and this could very well improve the reputation and sales of Zotac in my locality.

I dont think ill win this but anyhow .. i dont think ill ever get that card nor any other with similar or even close performace/quality unless you give it to me.

Im hoplessly stuck with 1950pro for a long long time with no hope of upgrading any time soon since i spent every cent i had to upgrade the CPU,RAM,MB as and you can see from my profile they aint really top of the line .. good thing i found this RAM cheap (second hand) or that would have been 1GB 667..

I have been thinking why should i win. Is it because I am disabled, poor, and financially unable to get this card for quite awhile until the price drops greatly. I questioned my ethics and morals too; I have donated my used prostetics to my builder of my current prostetic for charity for people who have no means of ever achiving a prostitic or ever learning to walk without crutches again. Interesting enough if you donate prostetic limbs in the usa they cannot be used again by us citizens and are overhauled for other countries in need ( like ones that have land mines.)
I realized that win or loose will not change my outlook towards life and my achievements because I look at life positively ; such as the glass is halk full or half empty senerieo. I love life. I dont have a lump sum of cash from my accadent or any cash for that matter because the youth was under assured. I was outside my vehicle at the time so my insurance did not cover me.( a 1969 chevy half ton pick up restored and ready for paint and upolstery. 327 engine, balanced, 4 speed, posi-trac rear end, 4 bolt main custom fuel injection heads- manifold and custom headers with dual exaust. Multi spark ignigtionand supercoil. It could run on gas and propane fuel. ).
Anyway not to get off track I look at life in a positive way and I know I will win the Zotac 9800 GTX . I will put it to very good use for my family and their school, social and play needs. when not in use it will help folding@Home and family geneology for my family and friends who do not own a computer. I do volonteer work to fix peoples computers who cannot afford to have anyone help them;( I also do light plumbing work too when physically able at no charge for the same reason).
One day I hope to work again, being disabled has made me humble but it has also made me realize that life has promices yet found. I am sure some will automaticly reply with the hipwader reply or othe such remark. Why not stop and think about this contest in a positive nature and support each other as a team. I am sure there will be other such remarks but does it require a post to degrade or cause embarrasment. we all deserve to win but there can only be one this time. then there will be other contest so good luck to all and best wishes

I believe i should be the one to receive that glorious piece of hardware as i have had to make do with sub standard, cheap and nasty, whatever low quality card i can lay my hands on having lived in Africa for most of my life (no joke there, and no i'm not Nigerian royalty, nor a business opportunist nor someone looking to move cash)

It would seriously boost the pc i have at the moment as well as form a platform for any future upgrades, being seriously 'future proof'.

In first place, I wanted to post only once for this contest, but I had a dream. The card was calling me. Screaming for help. She didn't want to get into some noobish hands, or even experienced ones, and be treated like some piece of a machine. The card can feel me from thousands of miles away, and she knows I love hardware.

when i first saw this i was like cool i might win but after reading i found out that all these other people need it more then i do

i have a 8600gt and im fine with it the only thing that i hate about my pc is the cpu so dont give me this card shour i want it but i ask my self do i need it and i get the reply no i dont i can get a job if a want a new card so give it to one of the others that need it more then i do but dont give it to a spamming 4 year old

i did not add you cos thats is not a good reason i was using a 6600LE for 2 years its a fine card i saved up and got the 8600GT that im using now its when i see people who have an 8800 card saying they want to wind cos there card is out dated it just makes me think that they are sad and selfish
