Installation:

Installing the SOHW-812S was very simple, if you have a case like mine that has drive brackets: it’s just a matter of aligning the brackets with the screw holes and tightening.

After that, I just slid the drive right in through the front of my case and attached the IDE and power cables. Which, as I mentioned before, was very easy in my case due to the length of the drive.

Installation should take the average user all but five-minutes to install.

On first boot my system picked the drive right up with no problems at all.

Windows also detected the drive successfully.
