Final words and conclusion

What we did like:

The NK34TZ is a very solid product. The performance for a cooler with such a low price tag is extremely desirable. It is especially easy to install in under a minute, with a single hand. It is also quiet, although not entirely silent, but it should satisfy most users. If you have particularly sensitive ears, those users can rely on their motherboard’s fan control to make it entirely silent.

What we did not like:

There wasn’t anything significant not to like about this cooler. The only possible flaw of the cooler is that it is meant only for socket 775, which may make people who upgrade very often hesitate. The finish of the base could also be improved, however considering the price this is understandable.

Who would we recommend it to:

Considering the value to performance ratio which the NK34TZ delivers, we can recommend it to everyone except obviously hardcore enthusiasts and total silence addicts. Considering all of this, we believe that the NK34TZ is definitely worthy of our Editor’s Choice Award.

What do these awards mean?

The average price of the Titan’s NK34TZ cooler is 20€ in EU at the time of this review.
