As the Corsair modules are already running at amazing speeds we had no idea how much further we would be able to push them, which always makes this a little more fun. Looking at the results we first have the bandwidth figures for the stock timings. The next set of results comes from looking at how much we could lower the timings at the default speeds and we see that 7-6-6-20 was the limit, down from 7-7-7-20. The increase in performance from this was not really noticeable. Next up we tried to overclock the modules with default timings and found that 1832MHz was the limit of these particular sticks. The resulting scores were not too far above stock results and the addition of Corsairs Airflow cooler allowed us to overclock further to 1844MHz which increased the bandwidth scores to nearly 200 points over the stock performance.
Finally we loosened the timings to 8-8-8-24 and were able to run the Corsair sticks at an incredibly high 1924Mhz, unfortunately the looser timings were not cancelled out by this MHz increase and so the overall bandwidth was lower than 1844MHz at 7-7-7-20.
