Corsairs Dominator DDR3 press kit is not supplied in the retail package so it is not shown here. The sticks themselves are the retail versions. As they use the Dominator heat sinks they look very similar to the DDR2 versions. The DHX (Dual-path Heat Xchange) heat sinks combine with the Airflow fan shown below to provide industry leading cooling and allow the modules to be pushed to higher speeds than conventional heat sinks would normally allow.

Attached to the centre of the modules is the information sticker provided by Corsair. There are various pieces of information and a bar code which are of little use to the consumer. the important information on timings is provided, the only thing we would like to see added in the future is the recommended voltage.

Shown below is the CPUz information. We can see the SPD timings are available from 444MHz to 666MHz and the recommended voltage for these speeds is 1.5v. This is significantly lower than the speeds and settings which the modules are designed to run at. 1800MHz at 7-7-7-20 requires 2.0v and this voltage is covered by the Corsair lifetime warranty.
