The Cooler

Shown above and below is the Triton 75 from various angles. Most notably there is no fan attached to the cooler, Asus have taken the decision to leave the choice of fan (12cm) up to the user and supply a set of clips to attach the chosen product to the Triton. The dimensions of the heatsink are 137x120x90mm and the fins are aluminium. No information is given on how many fins there are but from a manual count there are approximately fifty five. As with all high specification coolers the base and heatpipes, of which there we have four, are copper.

The base of the cooler is a reasonably smooth copper but it is not polished to a mirror finish as we would find with some other coolers. It is also possible to see in the image below the four screw holes which are used to attach the Socket 775 clips.
