Antec uses their own Tricool fans in the P180 here’s
some data regarding the fans:
• Double ball-bearing design lasts longer than
conventional fans
• 3-speed switch lets you balance quiet performance
with maximum cooling
• 3-pin and 4-pin power connectors provide convenient
connections to your motherboard or power supply
• Fan-speed monitoring capability included (requires
compatible motherboard)

The lower compartments 120mm fan that is mounted between
the PSU and the lower hard drive cage. It’s a pretty
clever solution because in this way it cools the hard
drives by sucking air past them and also cools the PSU
at the same time.
The lower front intake, with the cage
removed. It probably is possible to mount another
120mm fan here, but I doubt it’s necessary. The
middle 120mm fan is more then sufficient to keep the hard
drives and PSU nice and cool.
The upper front air intake, Antec don’t
ship the P180 with this slot filled, but I had an Antec
Tricool fan lying around so I popped it in.
Here you see the back and top exhausts
containing Antec Tricool 120mm’s fans.
