Radeon 9600 XT

Elite Force 2 is one of the latest games to be released using the Quake3 engine. As with all other Q3 based games you can record and playback your own demos. And if you wish, use these demos to benchmark graphics performance. The Driverheaven custom timedemo uses 5 bots and the Base Trophonious arena to ensure the benchmark is GPU dependant and limited as little as possible by the test system CPU. The length of the demo when played back at 1x speed is approx 9 minutes.

At the above resolutions the XT outperforms the Pro, most noticeably in the 1024x768 2xAA 8xAF test where the XT is almost 20fps ahead of the pro.

At 1600x1200 0xAA 0xAF the XT, as with Unreal Tournament 2003, maintains completely playable frames per second.
