BS. You can pick it up. You just have to speak to the right guy in the nicest tone. Alternatively you could try the, "If I don't get this package today, my job will fire me!!"
It's worked for me, so good luck! It's a weekend and YOUR RIGHT to have a working card!!

Im amazed you guys even order from a company who charges restocking fees for faulty or damaged products. vote with your wallet, only way to hit these guys and spread the word.
These forums are open for that, im also going to open a new forum for threads like this so people can get ideas about companies before ordering.

Useally they have good hardware and good prices but you have to kinda
click pay then pray. If you have an issue they havn't got poor
customer survice rateings for nothing
This is the 1st time I've had a magor issue with them. Fell ecspacilly dicked due
after all the time I've been with out I could not get the better card (XTX) for like
$30-50 more else where plus the fact I havent herd word one from RMA dept
or thier customer service. Other then the std here's you RMA# ship it here///
Yea I coul call but I shouldn't have to.
Well I'll know well enough on monday I serouly will say ok I'll pay the shipping
I mean I passed up going to new egg due to like $6 shipping for 3 day, zipzooms was free 2day. Considering what I eved up with I should of went for the newegg option....
(I'cve had issues with them too but they have good customer service)

Damn I just read this thread..
I had a similar experience with a monitor but that was only 200 bucks.. I would be raging if it was a top end video card.
Good luck, it seems your luck can only go in one direction at this point..

I have noticed this "return only for replacement" cropping up more and more at various e-tailers on products.
Disappointing...

I had recently bought a new router antenna from Zipzoom fly and it came with the little plastic cast already opened, it was in decent condition, but it said that it was new when I bought it.
I swore to myself to never buy from ZZF again in my life.

a mod must of added the "newegg"? I re-edited it to say zipzomfly
but strangely the title will stay the same untill like a mod changes it...
previouly I didn't specify "What the F***? A new X1900XT looks "used" / refurbished / damaged etc..."

Woohoo! Can't wait to see your results! I've only pushed my X1900XT up to XTX levels cause of the first mishap. Whaddya say we both try to max out OD in CCC today, eh?

Grats Neon Cowboy,
I love my X1900. I know it was frustrating the first go round. When I got my first card I benched 3dmark05 then shut down the comp and went to eat. I came back and booted to a card with no video signal and the fan blasting 100%.
I got it RMAed quickly and efficiently from Allstarshop. They determined the card was faulty the day they got it and shipped me my new one on the same. They were nice enough to ship another to me 2 day.
Nothing like being excited about new expensive hardware to be disappointed. Well anywho I am straight now, and am glad you got your issues resloved.
My current bests with the card at 702|850:

I am in the shallow end of the pool, at #40 in the official 05 thread.
If you really want to see something or get hit with the "wtf" factor poke around here:

A friend of mine has had good experience with ZipZoomFly, but only buys from them when the price is a decent amount better than NewEgg. Looks like ZZF might have a larger "chance" factor than some others...

I've used them before, and never had an issue. I like their free 2day ship on most stuff (but since I'm in CA they charge sales tax so I use them less).
