Wow im almost tempted to re check my vid card for any of these minor damages n stuff heh. It looked fine and works well so Im guessing its okay. But yeah these are probabl isolated incidents that prob could have been caused by bad shipping/handling and/or acts of GoD(isnt everything technically an act of god to those who believe in it). LOL and looking at the pics, before I read the post I thought...that is one SH!@#Y freakin MONITOR on the left.

I have bought multiple things from Zipzoomfly and never got any of them in that sort of condition. The same goes for Newegg.

Yah call their a$$es up and threaten them with as many legal accusations as possible. Tell them ull contact the BBB, the RIAA...Dept of homeland defense?....NAACP,.....ACLU....anyone....just make it sound cool. Actually I just thought about this right now a few minutes after posting this....My last vid card...the x1800xt was purchased from zipzoomfly and it got here okay however i was having issues with it so I rma'd it......not sure if anyone remembers the "x1800XT problems" thread. Anyways they sent another one and it worked fine but i guess ZZF has a bit of a bad record now?

Dam neon they suck ass, they send you a obvoiusly used or abused product then say "Please be reminded that ZipZoomFly does not accept physically damaged or misused items" They must be the ones that damaged it ffs, what did they do take it out of the box & sit on it!
As for that piss poor plastic wrap it came in i buy pirate dvds that have that same crappy wrap on it, i doubt a graphics card supplier use shitty shrink wrap machines .
Ive just got a x1900xt & a crossfire card, both in perfect condition. I hope you get it sorted because that's some piss poor comapny & ill be sure i never buy anything form them.

Those 2 lines worry me a bit. If they decide to play ignorant they could turn around and blame you for the condition of the card, and refuse the return. Let's hope they don't.
