samsung lcd rma
I had to rma my samsung 22" lcd monitor because it kept putting out whit blocks. When i called them for the rma I was surprised on how easy it was. They sent me the brand new replacement monitor to my house and I just switched out the monitors and sent the bad one back, I didnt have to pay for shipping or anything. One of the best rma's i've ever dealt with.
