probably if you are just having a hardware replacement issue they will be ok, but if you are having driver/software/firmware issues they dont know & dont care.

& i still cant beleive in a system where level 1 support is by phone(they know almost nothing) & level 2 is by email only - even the level 1 guys cant call them.
i think part of the problem is that it is overseas & the emails go through some sort of translation. that or they are even more ignorant than i thought
