Contact number/email for play.com

Play.com have dispatched for the second time a game I ordered for them, though thankfuly only charging me once for it. I am trying to find an email or phone number but there is nothing available. They only have an automated procedure, which is useless for this, and the telephone number is a 0800 number which is useless since I can't call from Greece.
Anyone?

same thing happened to me this week.
just go through the helpdesk and 'missing order' part. they do require that you wait so many working days before they dispatch a replacement, just in case it shows up late or whatever, but it does work.
I reported my game missing on wednesday afternoon, they dispatched a replacement yesterday, it arrived this morning
no hassle at all.

I think you are missing the point. I have the game, twice. I want to return it or at least let them know that they have sent two copies of it to me. I have paid for one copy, I do not wish to steal a game from them. How to let them know?
