same thing happened to me this week.
just go through the helpdesk and 'missing order' part. they do require that you wait so many working days before they dispatch a replacement, just in case it shows up late or whatever, but it does work.
I reported my game missing on wednesday afternoon, they dispatched a replacement yesterday, it arrived this morning

no hassle at all.
