Web hosting, E-Commerce Site

My boss from work is planning on starting his own company up on the side. He needs a host which he can run a small software programming type business with. However, cost is a serious issue. The company will be based from here, but also have employee's in the Ukraine. He has talked about running the servier himself from home, but it also looking into getting the site hosted else where.

Do you guys have any good links as far as this? I know it's a big question to ask but I'm all novice when it comes to setting up something this big.

www.nexpoint.net <---hosting(i use them and they are WONDERFUL and have excellent proces and support)

www.cardservice.com <---I reccomend looking into them if you plan on accepting credit cards online.

PS - just as i reccomend nexpoint, i reccomend avoiding iexpresshost like the plague, Screwed me out fo $100 because they never did get my accoutn workign and didn't answer emails, support tickets, or voice mails
