Some body help to find a programm that can work with ani bitmap textures as *.jpg *.gif (wish *.psd) Please send brand or name this program that is lifeness

Dude - why the need for big and coloured text? Blue text on a blue background is hard to read!

Not too sure, but would you be talking about vector based drawing software like Macromedia Freehand or Adobe Illustrator?
