Java License Agreement
I am probably the only person to ever read a License Agreement, but long ago I found this little gem in the Sun Microsystems Binary Code License Agreement (you'll see it when you install the JDK), and I thought I'd share.
It actually says "Software is not designed or licensed for use in on-line control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation or aircraft communications; or in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility."
I thought that was funny.

The same with Windows
If you take a quick look in your Windows licensebook you will find almost the same statement about Windows ... or wait .. was that about Java? .. hm.. all I remember there was something like that in the license and I even think it was refered to Java (which was included with earlier versions of Windows)
