exclamation bios HELP!!!

hey guys, I just added a water cooler for my cpu and i changed my stock fan cooler for my 7950 gx2 to an apevia. im not using the fan plugins on my mother board anymore and when i start up my comp. a message says something like (alert! no cpu fan or videocard fan found! please press f1 to continue or f2 to enter set up utility) i want to know how to get rid of that message so my comp. can go straight to windows without hitting f1 all the time and it seems like that message is making my comp. run allittle slower maybe? my computer is an xps 700 with a dell motherboard(i know dell mobo ) and 1.6 bios i tried finding something in the bios but was unsuccessful. please HELP!!!! thanks

If there is no BIOS option to ignore fan speed just plug any old fan into the CPU fan connector to fool it. My P5WDH-Deluxe did the same thing but I found an option to ignore it in the BIOS.

Are you eligible for this? Dell Offers Free Motherboard Upgrades for XPS 700 Customers Maybe the new Mobo will have that BIOS option?
