Särö (or Crack in Enlgish)

Hi all.

Here are some recordings of our band Särö. We did the recording at our rehearsal place with my computer. I've got one Audigy 2 Platinum Ex and one Live! Value (for an additional mic-in) installed. Currently I'm able to record 10 channels simultaneously which is nice.

We first recorded the drums with three mics and bass with a line input simultaneously. Then guitar and keyboard together. Finally the vocals. So didn't actually need all those inputs

I coded a Flash-thingey to be our "virtual album". If you're interested, it's at:

If not, here's just the links to the songs.

I hope the Finnish language doesn't bother you too much. They're all 'bout booze and women

Best regards,
Oswald

ps. I must say it was a breeze to do the recording with the kX. It's amazingly intuitive to work with the DSP once one gets the hang of it. Thank you Eugene and the rest of the team. Thumbs up!
