Please help: Creative SB Live 5.1 + kX drivers 3537= don`t work surround speakers
I install kX drivers 3537 instead of original Creative drivers, and now the surround speakers don`t work:
In directsound I have: Kx Wave SB022x 10k1 8/9 - Central and SoundBuffer speakers 4/5 - Front speakers, 0/1 and 6/7 I Think one of them shoud be surround, but they don`t work. When I test speakers, surround speaker don`t work too. I try in Epilog in DSP connect all outs with one input and surround speakers don`t work too. What`s wrong? Surround speakers work with Creative drivers but I need to use KX. Please help me. |

0/1 is the surround output, choose that as default, and in the surrounder windows select 5.1
|

Sorry but not surround-REAR. I did that You told me but It don`t work. What I shoud do?

what model is your card? SB0220/0222? if so there is currently as issue due to differet DAC's involved

I have SB0220 Model. With what model of SB Live I can use rear all 6 chanel with KX driver?

I use SB5.1 MODEL CT(0220/0222) too. install kx 3537 full driver instead of original Creative drivers ,and now the surround speakers don`t work
kx3537 not support CT(0220/0222) ! or is a bug ? |

kX Does support CT022x - but with a limitation… due to the hardware changes and the use of a 6 channel AC-97 codec… as opposed to AC-97/I2S configuration on the Live!/Audigy models kX currently does not output to the rear channels (6/7). when 3538 is released this should be fixed
