crossover phase
Hi, I intend to build a music PC around an audigy 2 platinum, kx, and my existing bi-amp-able (+ stereo subwoofer) audio setup. I have two questions;
(1) Will the crossover within Kx allow me to route the signals for each stereo driver pair to a different output on the audigy (2) Does the crossover within Kx affect the phase of the signals? Thanks. -Sadim |

Re: crossover phase
(1) yes, alternatively you can use 2 xover-plugins with overlapping bands
(2) yes, like any xover. |

Re: crossover phase
i thought that the strength of digital crossovers such as kx and Behringer DCX2496 was that the phase of the signals was minimally affected?
Is there a capacity within kx to realign / delay signals after the output then? |

Re: crossover phase
If you use the 4th order crossover, the outputs should be in phase.
