I don't know where QA was looking, it's way below standard.

I just went and checked their site.. yes.. its way to confusing now with all the different options and certainly more easy to make a mistake and dl the wrong driver set. Not that it matters much to me.. I use Omega's.

After having a look at what the fuss was about I definitely think the scroll bar to the left is WAY too confusing.
I think that so many negative votes in such a short space of time kinda says it all, ATI please put it back the way it was.

After you get there.. there are many columns and different 'boxes' to read and figure out which part or parts to get. Before, I believe it was just one choice. It certainly more confusing then it needs to be.
edit;surpised there wasn't a link included in the first post to make sure we're talking about the right page.

I take it back.. if you just goto the main site; www.ati.com and look at the bottom left there are DIRECT links to get the drivers. Click and it asks to save it.. pretty simple. What's the fuss?.. what page are you guys upset about??

The problem with this one is: it requires users to do more reading at once. It's just like any other knowledge database now. Good move.

Move to withdraw the following three months of pot rations for the webmaster!
Well.., I just got bored of being nice and understanding as in the earlier forum thread on the subject. Besides, the verdict of the poll won't be a surprise.

I think ATI's new site navigation is better organized than the old look. Maybe people are just used to the old site, and they know where things are via the old look. I really think this new look is better organized than the old. The tree navigation on the left is faster for finding things and better than the old site look, IMO. I really dont know what all the fuss is about, but I only read 3 posts in this thread.

the single page where there are 3 columns and u click one choice then go to the next column, was much easier. It seems it's a lot more cluttered
