I voted another year of hot tech but that's more for next year. I'm waiting for 1 TB hard drives to come out to get the prices of 500 GB and 750 GB hard drives to come down. Games are taking more and more disk space as the years go by. You can never have enough disk space.

The G25 from Logitech is not in the list? The must some people that want it. I know I would like one. It's as costly as a Wii so it's hard to justify the purchase. I need to convince myself to give me this gift this christmas.

Yes.

I'm waiting for the day when we'll count disk space in number of TB instead of GB. It's the same as many years ago when we were counting disk space in MB instead of GB but on a bigger scale.

"Peace and goodwill" are one of my wishes for the new year, for christmas i thought of something for myself (yeah, the girl in the santa outfit ^^).

But indeed, blown503's statement is a very easy and one sided way to look at that "problem".
You can't really decide whether "longtime sitting in front of the computer and rarely leaving the house" is a cause for the absence of a girlfriend or vice versa a symptom of that.

Well, sitting less before the computer is certainly a symptom of having a girlfriend.

That's especially true if you get her addicted to WoW and she hogs it.

The other way is not clear cut. I know people who game and can get women rather easily, and I know others who go on dates and don't have a girlfriend, and I know people who don't game and don't have a girlfriend.

Besides, why assume that everyone voting for a girlfriend, is never going out? That's kind of insulting.
