I don't feel like downloading Google Earth anyhow, I doubt it cooperates very well with dial-up.

Well with google earth you can see it in detail, it's pretty big. I haven't spent much time but i saw two fighter planes, two apaches, some commercial planes, lookout towers, AA missiles, parking lots, lots of stuff. You should see it by yourself..

If Area 51 was ever a secret fascilty, they probably moved everything from those hangars to another Area 52, I wish someday to visit a secret fascilty and see those fascinating alien spacecrafts recovered from history, and thats something to talk about.

Explain to my why Area 51 the most controversial location in the world is viewable on GoogleEarth yet if you try to view Cape Canaveral Shuttle launch area the entire spot is blurred out for miles.

I don't know if anyone, military or otherwise, actually has any aliens and/or ships stashed anywhere or not, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility. I mean, we just CAN'T be the only life in the universe. IMO, that would be a pretty conceited way to think.

But it sure does seem as if we took a HUGE leap in technology in a very short period of time.

Dude, why the hell would they want to travel for hundred of years to see us? And how would we be able to take em down? I doubt they'd crash... Pretty lame for people who can travel in space. If they can. Just so you know, it'd take em over 100 years to travel from the nearest star.

what technology would they have ??? they could be thousands of years more advanced than us .... take folding space as a method of travel it is a theoretical possibility , if an alien culture made it a reality they could be here in less than a day

and the titanic was the most advanced ship of its day and it still crashed .... advanced doesn’t mean infallible

What if you found out that they are closer to us than you think...and that for almost 50 years the technology to reach the stars and navigate was already at our disposal...what would you say?

Yeah...heard in one of thoe episondes in that prgramme UFO diaries or was it in the news or something that there was a planet that was orbiting the sun parrallel to earth and that it looked simlar and ressembled earth as it was almost the same distance away from the sun and that it lined up with the earth every few centuries or something, that would explain why people in the olden days long ago saw aliens that looked like us, in simlar space suits and why in south america the aztecs and mesopotamians had carvings in the grounds as part of their ruins that ressembled runways like the ones at cape carnaval for space shuttles and all and people even saw UFOs that looked simlar to the space shuttles we have today.....crazy, but who the fug knows?..

And a forty story building underground...goes without saying that it is indeed probably used for all sorts of things that the US government doesen't want us to see...probably they leave it unobscured coz they want to instill in us that there's "nothing going on there", but I don't know, what I don't understand though is why no one talks or mentions the other top secret facilities that the US government has...Sector 12 is also quite big and is positioned at an angle almost exactly as if it was about to take off...there are other sectors and areas most likely, in order for them to have reach 51, don't you think they would have gone through some other numbers like 1, and 2 and 33 or something? I mean, Area 1 could be in your back yard...you never know.

Then again, I could just be talking just a pile of sh*t.

I think its likely that there is some form of life "out there" but we just dont know either way.

I would think that if a UFO did crash or was shot down, the civilisation that it belonged to would have the capability to retrieve it.

Maybe some kind of super Alain race is watching our planet. Maybe they have cameras everywhere and our pictures are being beamed back to their home planet(s) for some pathetic galactic reality tv show like Big brother (and boy have we put on a show)
Maybe... they are hiding an invasion fleet behind Neptune and the moon is not naturally pulling away from earth but they have a giant hypo quantabananza tractor beam slowly pulling it away!

My journey started in the War College library at Maxwell Airforce Base Alabama, there I saw the original and uncensored documents, including Project Bluebook, and reams of photos and accounts of contact with Unidentified Flying Objects.
I recall as a boy, and during my military career as well, accounts and sightings of things that cannot be described in any depth, except to say, that much of what you hear and see in the media is utter rubbish...but there is a kernal of truth to the premise.
We are not alone.
Suffice to say...within the next 40 to 50 years, interstellar navigation and travel will be available.
Will any of us be around to see this...
As sure as there is a God and a Heaven, a Devil and a Hell, we shall see it..
before the second coming, we shall see the fruits of our technology manifest.
For now, I just pray I shall live long enough to see my children and grandchildren seek their fortunes somewhere else..
Stand outside on a moonless clear night, point to the heavens..that is where I hope we shall venture to, the time is much closer than we all think.
